Abstract

This work is devoted to checking the performance of LSCA devices in accordance with STO 59012820.29.020.001-2020. Tasks solved during the work: 1. Setting up information exchange with equipment, 2. Calculation of steady state conditions, 3. Calculation of short circuit currents, 4. Calculation of transient processes, 5. Tests for RTDS.The main method for solving the tasks was modeling. As a result, various communication protocols were tested, steady-state modes, short-circuit currents, and transients were calculated in RastrWin. LSCA was tested on RTDS. Passage of certification tests by LSCA devices ensures the compliance of LAPNU devices with the state standard and the reliability and safety of their use in the power system. Also, the operability of the LSCA as a grassroots device of the CECS is important for the further transition to centralized emergency control systems. As a result of the tests, the tested LSCA device demonstrated the results required by the standard and, therefore, passed the test and complies with STO 59012820.29.020.001-2020.
