
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию характериÑтик центробежного наÑоÑа при заданной технологичеÑкой нагрузке, повышению надежноÑти и долговечноÑти работы рабочего колеÑа наÑоÑа и процеÑÑу Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð° рабочего колеÑа методом поÑлойной печати. Ð’ результате выполненной работы Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐºÐ°Ñ‡ÐºÐ¸ подÑолнечного маÑла выполнен раÑчет оÑновных кинематичеÑких и геометричеÑких параметров рабочего колеÑа, проведено проектирование меридианного ÑечениÑ, раÑчет Ñпирального отвода и оÑевой Ñилы, дейÑтвующей на ротор наÑоÑа, прочноÑтные раÑчеты шлицевого ÑоединениÑ, выбор ÑлектродвигателÑ. Разработана 3D модель рабочего колеÑа, изготовлен прототип методом поÑлойной печати из полимерного материала. Выполнены лабораторные иÑÐ¿Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñтрукционных материалов на Ð¸Ð·Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ð² Ñреде жидкоÑти Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ€Ð´Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ чаÑтицами. ОбоÑнование и выбор конÑтруктивных параметров рабочего колеÑа и иÑпользование аддитивного производÑтва Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ, воÑÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÐµÐ¹ направлено на ÑовершенÑтвование технологии и Ð¾Ð±Ð¾Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² машиноÑтроении. Результаты иÑпытаний могут быть иÑпользованы при проектировании наÑоÑного оборудованиÑ.
This work is devoted to the study of the characteristics of a centrifugal pump at a given technological load, improving the reliability and durability of the pump impeller and the process of manufacturing a prototype impeller by layer-by-layer printing. As a result of the work performed for pumping sunflower oil, the calculation of the main kinematic and geometric parameters of the impeller was carried out, the design of the meridian section, the calculation of the spiral outlet and the axial force acting on the pump rotor, the strength calculations of the spline connection, and the choice of the electric motor were carried out. A 3D model of the impeller was developed, a prototype was made by layer-by-layer printing from a polymer material. Tests of laboratory structural materials for wear in a liquid medium with solid particles were carried out. The substantiation and selection of the design parameters of the impeller and the use of additive manufacturing for the manufacture, restoration of parts is aimed at improving the technology and equipment in mechanical engineering. The test results can be used in the design of pumping equipment.
