Культурный диалог городов-побратимов Чэнду и Волгограда

Abstract

Работа посвящена определению текущей ситуации между Россией и Китаем в плане культурного, экономического и регионального сотрудничества, а также будущего развития отношений между двумя странами и между связанными с ними регионами. В ходе исследования решались следующие задачи 1. проанализировать развитие Чэнду и Волгограда с момента установления побратимских отношений в 2011 году до настоящего времени; 2. определить потенциал будущего развития отношений между Чэнду и Волгоградом; 3. изучить формирование международных региональных организаций и роль углубленного развития отношений между Россией и Китаем в отношениях регионального сотрудничества между двумя городами; В ходе исследования были достигнуты следующие результаты: выявление роли региональных акторов в китайско-российском сотрудничестве и основных тенденций его развития; определение статуса государства как субъекта региональных политических отношений и механизмов его взаимодействия; выявление перспектив развития китайско-российских, чэнду-волгоградских отношений.

The paper focuses on determining the current situation between Russia and China in terms of cultural, economic, and regional cooperation, as well as the future development of relations between the two countries, and between the associated regions. The objectives pursued in the course of the research are: 1. to analyze the development of Chengdu and Volgograd since the establishment of sister-city relations in 2011 to the present; 2. to determine the potential for future development between Chengdu and Volgograd; 3. formation of international regional organizations and the role of deeper development of relations between Russia and China in regional cooperation relations between the cities of the two sides. The research achieved the following results: identification of the role of regional actors in Sino-Russian cooperation and the basic trends in its development; identification of the status of the state as a subject of regional political relations and the mechanisms of its interaction; and identification of the prospects for the development of Sino-Russian, Chengdu-Volgograd relations.
