Abstract

Over the past few decades, Russia and China have constantly deepened its cooperation. Although relations have not yet reached the stage of a formal union (both countries refuse to maintain each others territorial claims), their growing relations are obvious. Central Asia is located in the center of the Eurasian continent and is a transport hub for trading between China, Russia and Europe. Central Asia borders both China and Russia, which is of great geographical importance for the national territorial security of the two countries and neighboring trade. Central Asia is rich in energy resources. And China, and Russia can be called energy powers. The distribution of resources in Central Asia is of particular importance for both countries. Thus, Central Asia remains the most likely place of tension and competition between China and Russia for political, military and economic influence. Some scientists believe that relations between China and Russia at a global level differ from relations at the regional level, and that Central Asia is a region in which Russia and China are balancing. After the collapse of the former Soviet Union and the growing power of China, Central Asia, China and Russia are of great importance. Consumer China and Russia have achieved a certain development in the economy, politics and the Armed Forces. This article mainly compares, analyzes and summarizes and achieves the achievements of the foreign policy of China and Russia in relation to Central Asia at this stage of the XXI st century.
