Abstract

Целью исследования является определение особенностей применения корейской традиционной графики в создании современных фирменных стилей на примере разработки модели фирменного стиля ресторана корейской кухни в г. Санкт-Петербурге. Задачи, решаемые в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ актуальных подходов к созданию фирменного стиля на примерах современных ресторанов Южной Кореи и России. 2. Выявление путей взаимодействия традиционной графики Южной Кореи и современных составляющих графической айдентики ресторанов. 3. Разработка типологии направлений современного графического дизайна ресторанов корейской кухни с использованием информационных технологий. 4. Создание концепции фирменного стиля ресторана корейской кухни с элементами национальной графики на основе материалов проведенного исследования. 5. Выполнение практической части ВКРпо визуализации элементов концепции фирменного стиля с применением цифровых графических редакторов. Для достижения поставленной цели была выявлены особенности развития корейского национального искусства в области современного графического дизайна и разработана модель фирменного стиля ресторана корейской кухни с использованием традиционных элементов национального стиля. В ходе работы для визуализации проектной идеи использовались информационные технологии и цифровые графические 2D-редакторы.

The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the use of Korean traditional graphics in the creation of modern corporate identity on the example of developing a corporate identity model for a Korean cuisine restaurant in St. Petersburg. The research set and solve the following goals: 1. Analysis of current approaches to creating a corporate identity on the examples of modern restaurants in South Korea and Russia. 2. Identification of ways of interaction between the traditional graphics of South Korea and the modern components of the graphic identity of restaurants. 3. Development of a typology of trends in modern graphic design of Korean cuisine restaurants using information technology. 4. Creation of a corporate identity concept for a Korean cuisine restaurant with elements of national graphics based on the materials of the study. 5. Implementation of the practical part of the WRC on the visualization of the elements of the corporate identity concept using digital graphic editors. To achieve this goal, the features of the development of Korean national art in the field of modern graphic design were identified and a model of the corporate identity of a Korean cuisine restaurant was developed using traditional elements of the national style. In the course of work, information technologies and 2D digital graphic editors were used to visualize the project idea.
