Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию: Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена разработке вопроÑов, ÑвÑзанных Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ ширины линии Ð¸Ð·Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ DFB-лазеров. ОÑновные задачи, решенные Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñтой цели: был проведен обзор литературы, Ñформулирована и Ñобрана Ñхема ÑкÑпериментального уÑтройÑтва, проведен ÑкÑперимент по измерению ширины линии и обÑуждены результаты. Полученные данные могут раÑширить кругозор Ñтудентов и быть иÑпользованы Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¸Ñ… будущих иÑÑледований. Кроме того, на оÑнове Ñтих данных Ñтудентам могут быть предоÑтавлены лабораторные работы. Ð’ данной работе Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ¸ и анализа данных и Ñпектрограмм иÑпользовалиÑÑŒ программы на Ñзыке Python и Microsoft EXCEL, что повыÑило профеÑÑиональные ÑпоÑобноÑти Ñтудентов и предоÑтавило более широкий выбор Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð±ÑƒÐ´ÑƒÑ‰ÐµÐ¹ работы.
This work is devoted to research: This work is devoted to the development of issues related to measuring the width of the radiation line of DFB lasers. The main tasks solved to achieve this goal: a literature review was conducted, a scheme of an experimental device was formulated and assembled, an experiment was conducted to measure the width of the line and the results were discussed. The data obtained can broaden the horizons of students and be used for their future research. In addition, based on these data, students can be presented with laboratory work. In this work, Python and Microsoft EXCEL programs were used for processing and analyzing data and spectrograms, which increased the professional abilities of students and provided a wider choice for future work.
