Измерение ширины линии излучения DFB лазера

Abstract

Данная работа посвящена исследованию: Данная работа посвящена разработке вопросов, связанных с измерением ширины линии излучения DFB-лазеров. Основные задачи, решенные для достижения этой цели: был проведен обзор литературы, сформулирована и собрана схема экспериментального устройства, проведен эксперимент по измерению ширины линии и обсуждены результаты. Полученные данные могут расширить кругозор студентов и быть использованы для их будущих исследований. Кроме того, на основе этих данных студентам могут быть предоставлены лабораторные работы. В данной работе для обработки и анализа данных и спектрограмм использовались программы на языке Python и Microsoft EXCEL, что повысило профессиональные способности студентов и предоставило более широкий выбор для будущей работы.

This work is devoted to research: This work is devoted to the development of issues related to measuring the width of the radiation line of DFB lasers. The main tasks solved to achieve this goal: a literature review was conducted, a scheme of an experimental device was formulated and assembled, an experiment was conducted to measure the width of the line and the results were discussed. The data obtained can broaden the horizons of students and be used for their future research. In addition, based on these data, students can be presented with laboratory work. In this work, Python and Microsoft EXCEL programs were used for processing and analyzing data and spectrograms, which increased the professional abilities of students and provided a wider choice for future work.
