Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций по снижению транспортной составляющей в цене товара с целью оптимизации процессов транспортировки и снижения затрат. Для достижения данной цели решались следующие задачи: 1. Изучение существующих теоретических и практических аспектов транспортной составляющей в цене товара, анализируя основные факторы, влияющие на стоимость транспортировки и их взаимосвязь с ценой товара; 2. Проведение анализа существующих методов и инструментов различных авторов, используемых для снижения транспортной составляющей, и определения их эффективности и применимости в цепочке поставок; 3. Исследование рынка и выполнение декомпозиции логистических издержек в цепях поставок внешнеторговых грузов; 4. Разработка алгоритма снижения транспортной составляющей в цене товара и обоснование рекомендаций на основе полученных результатов исследования; 5. Рассмотрение разработанных рекомендаций на практике, применение их к реальным ситуациям и оценка полученных результатов. В результате работы был разработан алгоритм снижения транспортной составляющей в цене товара, обусловлена необходимость, а также доказана возможность управления составляющими логистических издержек. Применение подхода продемонстрировано на примере поставки товара из Циндао (Китай) в Санкт-Петербург (Россия).

This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for reducing the transport component in the price of goods to optimize transportation processes and reduce costs. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: 1. Studying the existing theoretical and practical aspects of the transport component in the price of goods, analyzing the main factors affecting the cost of transportation and their relationship with the price of goods; 2. Conducting an analysis of existing methods and tools of various authors used to reduce the transport component, and determining their effectiveness and applicability in the supply chain; 3. Market research and decomposition of logistics costs in the supply chains of foreign trade goods; 4. Development of an algorithm for reducing the transport component in the price of goods and substantiation of recommendations based on the results of the study; 5. Consideration of the developed recommendations in practice, their application to real situations and evaluation of the results obtained. As a result of the work, an algorithm was developed to reduce the transport component in the price of goods, the need was determined, and the possibility of managing the components of logistics costs was proved. The application of the approach is demonstrated on the example of the delivery of goods from Qingdao (China) to St. Petersburg (Russia).
