Проектирование магнитной муфты на основе Ð¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ð³Ð½Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² для ÐºÐ°Ð±ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð±Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð²

Abstract

В первом разделе данной работы проведен анализ современных исследований. Во втором разделе поэтапно расписано проектирование магнитной муфты, выбор магнитов и аналитические расчеты. В третьем разделе поэтапно описана разработка технологического процесса изготовления детали «Опора» в условиях среднесерийного производства и получены все необходимые данные для разработки комплекта технологической документации. В четвертом разделе был спроектирован испытательный стенд, разработана методика испытаний и проведены испытания. Результаты испытаний сравнивались с аналитическими расчетами, после чего конструкция дорабатывалась, а испытания проводились повторно. В конечном счете были выведены рекомендованные режимы работы муфты.

The first section of this work, an analysis of modern research is carried out. In the second section, the design of a magnetic coupling, the choice of magnets and analytical calculations are described in stages. The third section describes in stages the development of the technological process for manufacturing the “Support” part in the conditions of medium-scale production and all the necessary data for the development of a set of technological documentation have been obtained. The fourth section, a test bench was designed, a test procedure was developed, and tests were carried out. The test results were compared with analytical calculations, after which the design was finalized, and the tests were repeated. Ultimately, the recommended operating modes of the clutch were derived.
