Abstract

Работа посвящена исследованию продолжительности разработки проектной документации и влияния задержек на общий срок проектирования. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Выполнение анализа литературных источников по теме диссертационного исследования. 2. Проведение опроса среди сотрудников сферы проектирования. 3. Использование метода экспертных оценок для проверки корректности исследования. 4. Проведение анализов результатов экспертной оценки. 5. Разработка календарного графика, отражающего взаимосвязь разделов проектной документации между собой и показывающего влияние сдвига сроков одного раздела на другие. В ходе проведения опроса среди сотрудников сферы проектирования были выявлены факторы, которые оказывают влияние на длительность проектирования. После чего приглашенные эксперты провели ранжирование данных факторов, а проведенные расчеты подтвердили квалификацию и высокую согласованность экспертов, а также выявили наиболее значимые и наименее значимые факторы. На основании этого был разработан алгоритм определения общего срока продолжительности проектирования с учетом выявленных факторов, а также произведен расчет штрафных санкций за задержку по срокам. Также был разработан и построен календарно-сетевой график, разработанный с использованием программного обеспечения Microsoft Project, использующийся как базовый календарно-сетевой график. На его основе с использованием указанного выше программного обеспечения был разработан ряд отдельных графиков, учитывающих степень влияния каждого из выявленных факторов, после чего был проведен расчет и получен итоговый график. На основании проведенного исследования был предложен алгоритм определения увеличения сроков проектирования с учетом выявленных факторов влияния.

The work is devoted to the study of the duration of the development of project documentation and the impact of delays on the overall design period. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Performing an analysis of literary sources on the topic of dissertation research. 2. Conducting a survey among employees in the field of design. 3. Using the method of expert assessments to verify the correctness of the study. 4. Analysis of the results of the expert assessment. 5. Development of a calendar schedule reflecting the relationship of sections of the project documentation with each other and showing the impact of the shift of the terms of one section on the others. During the survey among the employees of the design field, factors that influence the duration of the design were identified. After that, the invited experts ranked these factors, and the calculations confirmed the qualification and high consistency of the experts, as well as identified the most significant and least significant factors. Based on this, an algorithm was developed to determine the total duration of the design duration, taking into account the identified factors, as well as the calculation of penalties for delay in terms. Also, a calendar-network schedule was developed and built, developed using Microsoft Project software, used as a basic calendar-network schedule. Based on it, using the above software, a number of separate graphs were developed, taking into account the degree of influence of each of the identified factors, after which the calculation was carried out and the final graph was obtained. Based on the conducted research, an algorithm was proposed for determining the increase in design time, taking into account the identified influence factors.
