Ð’ рамках данной работы была разработана ÑиÑтема Ñлектронного документооборота, Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð½Ð°Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ обмена документами между пользователÑми. ОÑновной целью работы было Ñоздание полнофункциональной ÑиÑтемы, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑпечивает удобÑтво иÑпользованиÑ, безопаÑноÑть и ÑффективноÑть обработки документов. Ð’ ходе работы раÑÑмотрены аналогичные программные решениÑ, выÑвлены функциональные Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ðº программному продукту, в ÑоответÑтвии Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ разработаны алгоритмы работы ÑиÑтемы. Ð’ результате работы была разработана ÑиÑтема Ñлектронного документооборота, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¾ÑтавлÑет пользователÑм удобные ÑредÑтва Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð±Ð¼ÐµÐ½Ð° и ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¼Ð¸. СиÑтема обладает Ñледующими оÑобенноÑÑ‚Ñми: возможноÑть ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ обмена документами между пользователÑми; контроль прав доÑтупа пользователей; механизм подпиÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² Ñлектронной подпиÑью; иÑпользование микроÑервиÑной архитектуры и Ñовременного Ñтека технологий.
Within the scope of this work, an electronic document management system has been developed, designed to manage, and exchange documents between users. The main objective of the work was to create a fully functional system that provides convenience, security, and efficiency in document processing. During the work, similar software solutions were examined, and functional requirements for the software product were identified, based on which algorithms for the systems operation were developed. As a result of the work, an electronic document management system has been developed, which provides users with convenient tools for document exchange and management. The system features the following capabilities: document creation and exchange between users, user access control, electronic document signing using digital signatures, utilization of a microservices architecture, and modern technology stack.
