Abstract

В данной работе изложена сущность реализации принципа разделения властей в странах англосаксонской правовой системы. Проанализирован вопрос о соотношении формы правления с особенностями реализации принципа разделения властей в различных странах. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы являются предложения по совершенствованию системы реализации принципа разделения властей в рамках исследования опыта зарубежных стран, входящих в состав стран англосаксонской правовой системы.

This paper describes the essence of the implementation of the principle of separation of powers in the countries of the Anglo-saxon legal system. The question of the correlation of the form of government with the peculiarities of the implementation of the principle of separation of powers in different countries is analyzed. The results of the study of the final qualifying work are proposals for improving the system of implementation of the principle of separation of powers within the framework of the study of the experience of foreign countries, which are part of the countries of the Anglo-saxon legal system.
