Данная работа посвящена исследованию конституционно-правового статуса субъектов Российской Федерации. В ходе исследования решались такие задачи, как рассмотрение теоретико-правовых вопросов конституционно-правового статуса субъекта федеративного государства; историко-правовой анализ становления и развития правового статуса территориальных субъектов в Российской Федерации (на примере США, ФРГ, России); исследование правовых особенностей конституционно-правового статуса субъектов Российской Федерации в XXI веке; анализ судебных решений Конституционного Суда Российской Федерации, затрагивающих конституционно-правовой статус субъектов Российской Федерации. Результатом исследования являются предложения по решению правовых проблем, возникающих в области определения конституционно- правового статуса субъектов Российской Федерации.

This work is devoted to the study of the constitutional and legal status of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. In the course of the study, such tasks were solved as consideration of theoretical and legal issues of the constitutional and legal status of a subject of a federal state; historical and legal analysis of the formation and development of the legal status of territorial entities in the Russian Federation (on the example of the USA, Germany, Russia); study of the legal features of the constitutional and legal status of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the XIX century; analysis of judicial decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation affecting the constitutional and legal status of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The result of the study is proposals for solving legal problems that arise in the field of determining the constitutional and legal status of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
