Abstract

В настоящей работе исследован вопрос влияния Конституции Российской Федерации на формирование конституций стран постсоветского пространства, выделены основные особенности и правовые аспекты такого влияния. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы являются выявленные проблемные аспекты в рамках изучения специфики влияния Конституции Российской Федерации на конституции стран постсоветского пространства, а также сделаны соответствующие выводы и предложения по возможному решению выявленных проблем.

In this paper, the question of the influence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the formation of the constitutions of the post-Soviet countries is investigated, the main features and legal aspects of such influence are highlighted. The result of the study of the final qualifying work is the identified problematic aspects within the framework of studying the specifics of the influence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the constitutions of the post-Soviet countries, and the relevant conclusions and proposals for possible solutions to the identified problems are made.
