Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание многофункционального бизнес-отеля с подземным паркингом». Разработка проектной документации осуществлялась в соответствии с заданием на проектирование и Постановлением Правительства РФ No87 от 16.02.2008 «О составе разделов проектной документации и требованиях к их содержанию» (с изменениями на 27 мая 2022 года). Целью исследования является определение удачных объемно-планировочных решений по проектированию многофункционального отеля, с учетом требований к безопасности и защите от террористических атак, учитывая новые стандарты защищенности. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: Провести анализ существующих исследований Выявить закономерности влияния объемно-планировочных решений на безопасность людей во время различных стрессовых ситуаций, возможных в случае террористической атаки. Разработать рекомендации по наиболее безопасному проектированию планировочных решений в отелях. Разработать несколько вариантов планировок первого и типового этажей Благодаря изученным исследованиям и ПО Pathfinder была выявлена закономерность влияния конфигурации планировочных решений на безопасность передвижения людей в случае стрессовых ситуаций. В результате были спроектированы первый и типовой этажи здания бизнес-отеля на основе полученных рекомендаций исследования, благодаря которым является возможным предотвратить преступление и повысить уровень безопасности людей в здании.

The topic of the graduation qualification work: "The building of a multifunctional business hotel with an underground parking". The development of project documentation was carried out in accordance with the design assignment and the Russian Federation Government Decree â„–87 of 16.02.2008 "On the part of project documentation and requirements to its content" (as amended on May 27, 2022). The aim of the study is to identify successful space-planning solutions to design a multifunctional hotel, taking into account the requirements for security and protection from terrorist attacks, given the new standards of security. The objectives of the study were: Conduct an analysis of existing studies Identify patterns of influence of volumetric design solutions on the safety of people during various stressful situations possible in the event of a terrorist attack. To develop recommendations for the safest design of planning solutions in hotels. Develop several options for ground floor and typical floor layouts Using the Pathfinder software and the studies we studied, we identified a pattern of how floor plan configurations affect the safe movement of people in stressful situations. As a result the first floor and typical floor of a business hotel building were designed based on the study recommendations, which makes it possible to prevent crime and increase the safety of people in the building.
