Abstract

Объект исследования – фотоплетизмограф. Цель работы – разработка алгоритма обработки сигналов фотоплетизмографа, обеспечивающего отсеивание помехи в диапазоне частот полезного сигнала. Для осуществления сбора данных была разработана лабораторная установка, которая включает в себя: источник ближнего инфракрасного света, кремниевый фотодиод в качестве приемника, микроконтроллер и ноутбук. В результате было записано более 50 различных сигналов. Для обработки сигналов фотоплетизмографа был применен полосовой фильтр, который был реализован в приложении Signal Analyzer в MATLAB. Кроме того, для метода накопления был написан скрипт обработки, который позволяет его применять для различных сигналов. Результатом выполненной работы являются обработанные сигналы, а также алгоритмы и методы их обработки. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для проведения исследований в области медицинской диагностики и мониторинга здоровья.

The given work is devoted to development of a photoplethysmograph signal processing algorithm that ensures the elimination of interference in the frequency range of the useful signal. To carry out data collection, a laboratory setup was developed that included: a near-infrared light source, a silicon photodiode as a receiver, a microcontroller, and a laptop computer. As a result, more than 50 different signals were recorded. A bandpass filter was used to process the photoplethysmograph signals and was implemented in the Signal Analyzer application in MATLAB. In addition, a processing script was written for the accumulation method, which allows it to be applied to various signals. The result of the performed work is the processed signals, including various algorithms and methods of their processing. The data obtained can be used for additional research in the field of medical diagnosis and health monitoring.
