Abstract

В результате работы была разработана измерительная установка на основе искусственной микропоры. Испытательный стенд состоит из измерительного блока, модуля цифро-аналогового преобразователя, специального программного обеспечения и искусственной микропоры. Разработанный нами стенд измеряет пикоамперные токи в диапазоне от 10 пА до 1000 пА через микро и наноканалы от 10 нм до 1 мкм размерности. Наша разработка также обладает широкими перспективами применения, включая медицинскую и биотехнологическую области, а также промышленность и научные исследования. Использовались открытые образовательные ресурсы и программы поиска и анализа информации. Использовались средства автоматизации (автоматизированной) разработки Altium designer и SolidWorks. Применено (протестировано) программное обеспечение L-Graph-2 и MatLab.

As a result of the work, a measuring device based on an artificial micropore was developed. The test bench consists of a measuring unit, a digital-to-analogue converter module, special software and an artificial micropore. The stand developed by us measures picoampere currents in the range from 10 pA to 1000 pA through micro and nanochannels from 10 nm to 1 μm in size. Our development also has wide application prospects, including the medical and biotechnological fields, as well as industry and scientific research. Open educational resources and programs for searching and analyzing information were used. Automated (automated) development tools Altium designer and SolidWorks were used. Applied (tested) software L-Graph-2 and MatLab.
