
Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена иÑÑледованию Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð² модели бифуркации брюшной аорты и подвздошных артерий ÑреднеÑтатиÑтичеÑкой конфигурации Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ Ñтеноза в правой общей подвздошной артерии. Были выполнены параметричеÑкие раÑчёты Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ разной форме Ñтеноза (одноÑторонний и оÑеÑимметричный) и Ñтепени ÑÑƒÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ (STI = 70% и 50%). Было проанализировано влиÑние формы и Ñтепени Ñтеноза на характериÑтики потока. Ðнализ проводилÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð¼ чиÑленного Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰ÑŒÑŽ программного обеÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ANSYS CFX. Ð’ результате иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¾ уÑтановлено, что форма и Ñтепень Ñтеноза повлиÑли на Ñтруктуру Ñ‚ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐºÐ¾ в облаÑти Ñтеноза. Ðаличие Ñтеноза повлиÑло на образование рециркулÑционной зоны вверх по потоку, и двух зон ниже по потоку за Ñтенозом, длина которых завиÑит от формы Ñтеноза. Также форма повлиÑла на меÑтоположение зон, наиболее подвергнутых поражению ÑоÑудиÑтой Ñтенки.
The given work is devoted to studying the flow in the model of the average configuration of abdominal aorta bifurcation and iliac arteries with stenosis in right common iliac artery. Parametric computations of the flow were done for different shapes of stenosis (one-sided and axisymmetric) and different degrees of obstruction (STI = 70% and 50%). The influence of the stenosis shape and degree of obstruction on the flow characteristics was analyzed. The analysis was carried out by the method of mathematical modeling with use of ANSYS CFX software. As a result, shape and degree of stenosis affected the flow structure only in region near the stenosis. Presence of stenosis resulted in formation of reverse flow zone both upstream and downstream. Shape of stenosis influenced the localization of «dangerous» zones – regions mostly prone for lesions.
