Abstract

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Class D power amplifier with multichannel pulse width modulation". One of the vectors of development of modern hydroacoustic transmitting equipment is the expansion of the operating frequency band. In this regard, switch-mode power amplifiers with multichannel pulse width modulation (PWM) are becoming more and more relevant. In this work is proposed to consider a variant of transformer addition of pulse signals from the outputs of the amplifier, which will fully realize the potential of multichannel PWM. The purposes of the work are to compare class D power amplifiers with single-channel and multi-channel PWM, to test a new way of adding signals from the outputs of the amplification channels and to compare with the existing one. In the process of work, a simulation model of an amplifier with a two-channel PWM was developed, the frequency and energy characteristics of the output signals were investigated, and an experimental test of two ways of adding power was carried out. Open educational resources and information search and analysis programs were used. The MicroCap automation (automated) development tool was used. Software has been applied (tested): a computer simulation model of a Class D power amplifier.
