
Целью работы ÑвлÑлоÑÑŒ проектирование виброплиты Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑƒÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð²ÐµÑ€Ñ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ… грунтовых бровок пешеходных дорожек.Â Ð”Ð»Ñ Ñтого предложено иÑпользовать легкую виброплиту, оÑнаÑтив ее дополнительной навеÑной виброплитой Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð¼ от оÑновного двигателÑ.      В ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð’ÐšÐ Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¸ изучены оÑобенноÑти вибрационного ÑƒÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ñ‚Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², проведен анализ ÑущеÑтвующих отечеÑтвенных и зарубежных легких виброплит, произведены раÑчеты габаритных и вибрационных параметров оÑновной и навеÑной виброплит, а также необходимые прочноÑтные раÑчеты. Определена Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ñ‰Ð½Ð¾Ñть виброплиты и ее производительноÑть при уплотнении грунтовых бровок пешеходных дорожек. Выполнены чертежи предлагаемой конÑтрукции вибрационного уплотнителÑ.
The aim of the work was to design a vibrating plate for compacting vertical earth edges of footpaths. For this, it is proposed to use a light vibrating plate, equipping it with an additional hinged vibrating plate driven by the main engine. In the course of the WRC, the features of vibrational compaction of soils were studied, an analysis of existing domestic and foreign light vibratory plates was carried out, calculations were made of the overall and vibration parameters of the main and hinged vibratory plates, as well as the necessary strength calculations. The required power of the vibrating plate and its performance during the compaction of soil edges of footpaths are determined. The drawings of the proposed design of the vibration compactor are made.
