Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является выбор и обоснование наиболее подходящего метода организации строительства посёлка малоэтажной застройки. Анализ будет проводиться путём календарного и ресурсного планирования, также будет произведен расчёт экономической эффективности и оценка рисков проекта. Для достижения поставленной цели были выдвинуты следующие задачи: 1. Разработать техническую документацию проекта посёлка малоэтажной застройки 2. Рассчитать трудоёмкость и объём частных работ для реализации проекта 3. Сформировать комплексы работ, рассчитать их продолжительность 4. Выполнить календарное и ресурсное планирование 5. Сформировать бюджет проекта 6. Рассчитать экономическую эффективность проекта 7. Провести анализ рисков проекта Результатом выпускной квалификационной работы является разработанный проект строительства посёлка малоэтажной застройки, выполненный в соответствии с заданием на дипломный проект. При разработке проекта были использованы следующие програмные обеспечения: Revit 2022, AutoCAD 2023, MS Project, Microsoft Excel.

The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to select and justify the most appropriate method of organizing the construction of the village of low-rise buildings. The analysis will be conducted by calendar and resource planning, as well as the calculation of economic efficiency and risk assessment of the project. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were put forward: 1. To develop the technical documentation of the project of the village of low-rise buildings 2. Calculate the labor content and volume of private works for the project implementation 3. Form a complex of works, calculate their duration 4. Perform calendar and resource planning 5. Draw up the project budget 6. Calculate the economic efficiency of the project 7. Analyze the risks of the project The result of the graduation qualification work is a developed project of the construction of a village of low-rise buildings, made in accordance with the assignment for the diploma project. When developing the project the following software were used: Revit 2022, AutoCAD 2023, MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
