Abstract

Цель данной выпускной квалификационной работы заключается в разработке инженерных решений для благоустройства территории поселка, включая создание велопешеходных дорожек. Расположенный в Ленинградской области поселок включает в себя рекреационную зону с открытым спортивным сооружением, а также жилую зону с домами типа «таунхаус», и жилую зону трехэтажных, многоквартирных, одно подъездных домов. Проект благоустройства выполнен в соответствии с заданием на проектирование и требованиями нормативных документов. Результатами работы являются: 1. Разрабoтка гeнплана 2. Дoждевая кaнализация 3. Дрeнажнaя систeмa 4. Обустройство велопешеходных дорожек. При выполнении работы были использованы следующие информационные технологии: программный комплекс Autodesk AutoCAD 2019, программный комплекс Microsoft Office, а именно MS Word и Microsoft Excel.

The purpose of this final qualification work is to develop engineering solutions for the improvement of the territory of the village, including the creation of bicycle paths. The settlement, located in the Leningrad Region, includes a recreational area with an outdoor sports facility, as well as a residential area with townhouses, and a residential area of three-story, multi-apartment, one-access buildings. The improvement project was completed in accordance with the design assignment and the requirements of regulatory documents. The results of the work are: 1. Master plan development 2. Rain sewer 3. Drainage system 4. Arrangement of cycle paths. When performing the work, The following information technologies were used: the Autodesk AutoCad 2019 software package, the Microsoft Office software package, namenly MS Word and Microsoft Excel.
