
Целью данной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° возможноÑти Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´ÑƒÐ½Ð°Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ франшизы Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€ÑƒÑÑкой Ñети общеÑтвенного Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐžÐžÐž «Теремок - РуÑÑкие блины», разработка международной франшизы и ее ÑкономичеÑкое обоÑнование. Были решены Ñледующие задачи: 1) изучение и анализ концепции франчайзинга, как инÑтрумента Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° внешнем рынке; 2) анализ хозÑйÑтвенной деÑтельноÑти предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ анализ его финанÑовых результатов; 3) иÑÑледование рынка общеÑтвенного Ð¿Ð¸Ñ‚Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ° зарубежной Ñтраны; 4) разработка франшизной модели бизнеÑа Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ° выбранной зарубежной Ñтраны и проведение раÑчетов ÑкономичеÑкой выгоды от ее внедрениÑ. ÐктуальноÑть темы обуÑловлена необходимоÑтью предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ ÐžÐžÐž «Теремок - РуÑÑкие блины» в раÑширении на зарубежный рынок Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÑŒÑŽ роÑта бизнеÑа, Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð»ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ… клиентов и ÑƒÐ²ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð±Ñ‹Ð»Ð¸. ИÑточниками информации выÑтупили данные отечеÑтвенной и зарубежной научно-иÑÑледовательÑкой литературы, официальных Интернет-реÑурÑов и аналитичеÑких агентÑтв. При Ñборе данных, необходимых Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹, были иÑпользованы такие поиÑковые ÑиÑтемы, как Ð¯Ð½Ð´ÐµÐºÑ Ð¸ Google. При обработке данных иÑпользовалиÑÑŒ Ñледующие программы: MicrosoftExel. Ð’ результате работы была разработана франшиза Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñ€ÑƒÐ±ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ рынка, а также была произведена оценка ÑкономичеÑкой выгоды Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ„Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ñ‡Ð°Ð¹Ð·ÐµÑ€Ð° и франчайзи.
The purpose of this work is to assess the possibility of opening an international franchise for a Russian catering network, the development of an international franchise and its economic justification. The following tasks were solved: Study and analysis of the concept of franchising as a tool for the development of an enterprise in the foreign market. Analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise and analysis of its financial results. Research of the catering market of the market of a foreign country. Development of a franchise business model for the market of the selected foreign country and calculations of the economic benefits of its implementation. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for the company LLC "Teremok - Russkie blini" to expand to the foreign market in order to grow business, attract new customers and increase profits. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. When collecting the data needed to perform the work, were used such search engines as Yandex and Google. The following programs were used for data processing: Microsoft Excel. As a result of the work, a franchise was developed for the foreign market, and an assessment of the economic benefits for the franchisor and franchisee was made.
