Abstract

Целью данной работы является оценка возможности открытия международной франшизы для русской сети общественного питания ООО «Теремок - Русские блины», разработка международной франшизы и ее экономическое обоснование. Были решены следующие задачи: 1) изучение и анализ концепции франчайзинга, как инструмента развития предприятия на внешнем рынке; 2) анализ хозяйственной деятельности предприятия и анализ его финансовых результатов; 3) исследование рынка общественного питания рынка зарубежной страны; 4) разработка франшизной модели бизнеса для рынка выбранной зарубежной страны и проведение расчетов экономической выгоды от ее внедрения. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью предприятия ООО «Теремок - Русские блины» в расширении на зарубежный рынок с целью роста бизнеса, привлечения новых клиентов и увеличения прибыли. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. При сборе данных, необходимых для выполнения работы, были использованы такие поисковые системы, как Яндекс и Google. При обработке данных использовались следующие программы: MicrosoftExel. В результате работы была разработана франшиза для зарубежного рынка, а также была произведена оценка экономической выгоды для франчайзера и франчайзи.

The purpose of this work is to assess the possibility of opening an international franchise for a Russian catering network, the development of an international franchise and its economic justification. The following tasks were solved: Study and analysis of the concept of franchising as a tool for the development of an enterprise in the foreign market. Analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise and analysis of its financial results. Research of the catering market of the market of a foreign country. Development of a franchise business model for the market of the selected foreign country and calculations of the economic benefits of its implementation. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for the company LLC "Teremok - Russkie blini" to expand to the foreign market in order to grow business, attract new customers and increase profits. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. When collecting the data needed to perform the work, were used such search engines as Yandex and Google. The following programs were used for data processing: Microsoft Excel. As a result of the work, a franchise was developed for the foreign market, and an assessment of the economic benefits for the franchisor and franchisee was made.
