Abstract

Цель работы – повышение качества результата процесса «Расчет стоимости» за счёт снижения ошибок в расчетах стоимости. Задачи работы: 1. Анализ процесса «Расчет стоимости» в компании «Rem&Coil»; 2. Разработка системы критериев оценки процесса; 3. Создание функциональной модели «Как есть» и выявление требующих пересмотра элементов нынешнего процесса; 4. Создание функциональной модели «Как должно быть»; 5. Разработка плана внедрения улучшений, проведение измерений и оценка результата; 6. Разработка календарного плана и бюджета, анализ рисков проекта. В ходе работы была выявлена проблема – Снижение эффективности процесса «Расчет стоимости» из-за возникновения в техническом отделе ошибок в расчетах стоимости. Найдены причины возникновения ошибок и предложены решения по их устранению. Определены этапы внедрения улучшений и приведены ожидаемые результаты от совершенствования процесса.

The purpose of the work is to improve the quality of the result of the «Cost Calculation» process by reducing errors in cost calculations. Tasks of the work: 1. Analysis of the "Cost calculation" process in the company «Rem&Coil»; 2. Development of a system of process evaluation criteria; 3. Creating a functional model «As is» and identifying elements of the current process that require revision; 4. Creating a functional model «How it should be»; 5. Development of an improvement implementation plan, measurement and evaluation of the result; 6. Development of a calendar plan and budget, risk analysis of the project. In the course of the work, a problem was identified – a decrease in the efficiency of the «Cost Calculation» process due to the occurrence of errors in cost calculations in the technical department. The causes of errors have been found and solutions for their elimination have been proposed. The stages of implementation of improvements are defined and the expected results from process improvement are given.
