Abstract

Предметом настоящей работы является процесс управления персоналом и его качество, объектом – отдел управления персоналом компании в области системных интеграций в промышленности. Целью данной работы является разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию процесса управления персоналом, которые позволят снизить текучесть кадров в компании. Для достижения этой цели в работе применяются теоретические методы исследования: анализ, сравнение, абстрагирование, индукция и дедукция. Приведенные методы используются для сбора данных и их анализа, моделирования процессов компании. В результате работы были решены следующие задачи: описана деятельность работы компании, проанализирована проблема в области управление персоналом, выявлены ее первопричины, изучены факторы, влияющие на проблему, проведено моделирование процесса мотивации, разработан регламент и внедрен в работу процесс. Для проекта был разработан план управления, включающий в себя календарный план работ, бюджет проекта, реестр рисков. В завершении проекта была оценена экономическая эффективность внедренных изменений в деятельность работы компании.

The subject of this work is the process of personnel management and its quality, the object is the personnel management department of a company in the field of system integration in industry. The purpose of this work is to develop measures to improve the process of personnel management, which will reduce staff turnover in the company. To achieve this goal, theoretical research methods are used in the work: analysis, comparison, abstraction, induction and deduction. The above methods are used to collect data and analyze it, to model the companys processes. As a result of the work, the following tasks were solved: the activities of the company were described, the problem in the field of personnel management was analyzed, its root causes were identified, the factors influencing the problem were studied, the motivation process was modeled, regulations were developed and the process was implemented. A management plan was developed for the project, including a work schedule, project budget, and a risk register. At the end of the project, the economic efficiency of the introduced changes in the companys activities was evaluated.
