
Предметом наÑтоÑщей работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑ ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñоналом и его качеÑтво, объектом – отдел ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñоналом компании в облаÑти ÑиÑтемных интеграций в промышленноÑти. Целью данной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию процеÑÑа ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñоналом, которые позволÑÑ‚ Ñнизить текучеÑть кадров в компании. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñтой цели в работе применÑÑŽÑ‚ÑÑ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкие методы иÑÑледованиÑ: анализ, Ñравнение, абÑтрагирование, Ð¸Ð½Ð´ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ дедукциÑ. Приведенные методы иÑпользуютÑÑ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñбора данных и их анализа, Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑов компании. Ð’ результате работы были решены Ñледующие задачи: опиÑана деÑтельноÑть работы компании, проанализирована проблема в облаÑти управление перÑоналом, выÑвлены ее первопричины, изучены факторы, влиÑющие на проблему, проведено моделирование процеÑÑа мотивации, разработан регламент и внедрен в работу процеÑÑ. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð° был разработан план управлениÑ, включающий в ÑÐµÐ±Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð´Ð°Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ð¹ план работ, бюджет проекта, рееÑтр риÑков. Ð’ завершении проекта была оценена ÑкономичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÑффективноÑть внедренных изменений в деÑтельноÑть работы компании.
The subject of this work is the process of personnel management and its quality, the object is the personnel management department of a company in the field of system integration in industry. The purpose of this work is to develop measures to improve the process of personnel management, which will reduce staff turnover in the company. To achieve this goal, theoretical research methods are used in the work: analysis, comparison, abstraction, induction and deduction. The above methods are used to collect data and analyze it, to model the companys processes. As a result of the work, the following tasks were solved: the activities of the company were described, the problem in the field of personnel management was analyzed, its root causes were identified, the factors influencing the problem were studied, the motivation process was modeled, regulations were developed and the process was implemented. A management plan was developed for the project, including a work schedule, project budget, and a risk register. At the end of the project, the economic efficiency of the introduced changes in the companys activities was evaluated.
