Abstract

Дипломная работа посвящена анализу проблемы документооборота в ООО «Электромонтаж» и разработке эффективного решения на основе автоматизированных систем. В работе показана важность проблемы документооборота и необходимость ее решения для повышения эффективности внутренних процессов и улучшения закупочной деятельности компании. В рамках работы были определены цели и задачи, стоящие перед проектом, а также проведен анализ текущего состояния организации ООО «Электромонтаж» и выявлены проблемы, связанные с документооборотом и процессами закупок. Было решено комплексно решить проблемы, включающие автоматизацию документооборота и оптимизацию процессов закупок с использованием SRM-систем. Проведен сравнительный анализ платформ SRM-систем, который позволил выявить наиболее подходящую систему. Для выбора решения был использован метод квалиметрической свертки. В ходе работы был разработан проект внедрения автоматизированной системы, включающий определение задач, сроков, команды и бюджета проекта. Также было проведено экономическое обоснование проекта, которое показало, что внедрение SRM-системы приведет к экономии на персонале, превышающей затраты на проект в год. Дипломная работа подтверждает актуальность и необходимость автоматизации документооборота и процессов закупок в ООО «Электромонтаж».

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the problem of document management in LLC «Elektromontazh» and the development of an effective solution based on au-tomated systems. The paper shows the importance of the document management problem and the need to solve it to increase the efficiency of internal processes and improve the companys procurement activities. As part of the work, the goals and objectives of the project were identified, as well as an analysis of the current state of the organization of LLC «Elektromontazh» and identified problems related to document management and procurement processes. It was decided to comprehensively solve the problems involving the automation of document flow and optimization of procurement processes using SRM systems. A comparative analysis of SRM system platforms was carried out, which allowed to identify the most suitable system. The qualimetric convolution method was used to select the solution. In the course of the work, a project for the implementation of an automated system was developed, including the definition of tasks, deadlines, team and budget of the project. An economic study of the project was also carried out, which showed that the introduction of the SRM system would lead to savings on personnel exceeding the project costs per year. The thesis confirms the relevance and necessity of automatization of document flow and procurement processes in LLC «Elektromontazh».
