Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Разработка и иÑÑледование ΣΔ модулÑтора Ñ Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ…Ñ„Ð°Ð·Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ выборкой и прÑмой ÑвÑзью». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена применению метода двухфазной выборки в ΣΔ модулÑторе. Целью данной дипломной работы Ñлужит изучение работы ΣΔ модулÑтора, а также раÑÑмотрение различных реализаций метода двухфазной выборки и ÑпоÑобов ÑƒÐ»ÑƒÑ‡ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ñ… параметров. Ð’ ходе работы раÑÑматриваютÑÑ Ð±Ð»Ð¾ÐºÐ¸, необходимые Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Î£Î” модулÑтора. Приведены Ñтруктуры ΣΔ модулÑтора первого и второго порÑдка, а также предÑтавлены результаты Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¾ временной и чаÑтотной облаÑти в ПО Cadence Virtuoso Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием параметров 180 нм КМОП технологии. РаÑÑмотрена работа Ñтруктур ΣΔ модулÑтора второго порÑдка Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ метода двухфазной выборки, ΣΔ модулÑтора Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ метода двухфазной выборки плавающей точкой. Изучено влиÑние различных модификаций Ñтруктур Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ метода двухфазной выборки на SNDR модулÑтора. Отдельно раÑÑмотрена Ñтруктура ΣΔ модулÑтора Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ метода двухфазной выборки Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ ÑвÑзью.
The theme of the final qualification work: "Development and research of a feed-forward sigma-delta modulator with double sampling". This work is devoted to the application of the double sampling method in a ΣΔ modulator. The purpose of this work is to study the operation of ΣΔ modulator, and also to consider various implementations of the double sampling method and ways to improve their parameters. In the course of the work, we consider simple structures necessary for constructing a ΣΔ modulator. The structures of the ΣΔ modulator of the first and second order are given in this work, and the simulation results in the time and frequency domain are also presented. In Cadence Virtuoso software with using 180 nm CMOS technology. We consider the functioning of the ΣΔ second-order modulators structure using the double sampling technique. We study the effect of various modifications of structures using the double sampling technique on the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal at the output of the modulator. The structure of the feedforward double sampling ΣΔ modulator is considered separately.
