Цель работы – разработать и экономически обосновать мероприятия по цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов снабжения. Работа выполнена на материалах АО «Силовые машины». Использованные методы: обработка внутренней документации; метод сравнительного и доходного подходов, метод сценариев. Основные результаты работы: - выполнен анализ бизнес-процесса как объекта исследования; - проведен анализ предприятия, а также выявлены проблемы, связанные с недостатком цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов; - разработаны мероприятия с целью цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов снабжения с помощью технологии RPA; - обоснована экономическая эффективность каждого мероприятия: В работе использовались инструменты Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) Область применения результатов ВКР– для предприятия - объекта исследования в целях повышение эффективности функционирования и протекания бизнес-процессов снабжения. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work is to develop and economically justify measures for the digital transformation of business processes of supply. The work was carried out on the materials of JSC «Silovie mashini». Methods used: processing of internal documentation; method of comparative and revenue approaches, method of scenarios. Results of the work: - the analysis of the business process as an object of research is carried out; - the analysis of the enterprise was carried out, as well as the problems associated with the lack of digital transformation of business processes were identified; - measures have been developed for the purpose of digital transformation of supply business processes using RPA technology; - the economic efficiency of each event is justified: Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project) were used in the work The scope of application of the results of the WRC is to increase the efficiency of the functioning and flow of business processes of supply at the enterprise. Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
