Abstract

Целью работы является анализ и формулирование мероприятий по совершенствованию системы обучения и развития персонала, в частности корпоративного коучинга в компании ООО «Яндекс». Были решены следующие задачи: – Провести комплексный внешний и внутренний анализ компании «Яндекс» (проанализировать: кадровую и организационную стратегию компании, корпоративную культуру, конкурентов, финансовые и управленческие отчеты компании); – Провести теоретический и методологический анализ практик корпоративного коучинга; – Выдвинуть гипотезы о наличии организационных проблем в исследуемой области; – Разработать метод оценки эффективности корпоративного коучинга, учитывающий особенности организации; – Разработать и оценить мероприятия по совершенствованию стратегии обучения и развития персонала компании ООО «Яндекс». – В работе отражены навыки умения работать с информацией, обрабатывать и анализировать ее с использованием Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mendeley, Scopus, GoogleScholar. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью компаний в реализации стратегий обучения и развития персонала с целью повышения эффективности работы сотрудников, усиления hr-бренда, получения косвенных экономических выгод и приобретения конкурентных преимуществ. Предложена система оценки эффективности корпоративного коучинга и предложен модернизированный метод корпоративного коучинга, с учетом организационных и отраслевых особенностей.

The aim of the work is to analyze and formulate measures to improve the system of training and development of personnel, in particular corporate coaching in the company "Yandex" LLC. The following tasks were solved:  Conduct a comprehensive external and internal analysis of Yandex (analyze: the companys personnel and organizational strategy, corporate culture, competitors, financial and management reports of the company); – Conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of corporate coaching practices; – Put forward hypotheses about the presence of organizational problems in the study area; – Develop a method for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching, considering the characteristics of the organization; – Develop and evaluate measures to improve the strategy for training and development of the personnel of Yandex LLC. – The work reflects the skills of the ability to work with information, process and analyze it using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mendeley, Scopus, GoogleScholar. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for companies to implement strategies for training and development of personnel in order to increase the efficiency of employees, strengthen the hr-brand, obtain indirect economic benefits and acquire competitive advantages. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching has been proposed and a modernized method of corporate coaching has been proposed, considering organizational and industry specifics.
