Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· и формулирование мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала, в чаÑтноÑти корпоративного коучинга в компании ООО «ЯндекÑ». Были решены Ñледующие задачи: – ПровеÑти комплекÑный внешний и внутренний анализ компании «ЯндекÑ» (проанализировать: кадровую и организационную Ñтратегию компании, корпоративную культуру, конкурентов, финанÑовые и управленчеÑкие отчеты компании); – ПровеÑти теоретичеÑкий и методологичеÑкий анализ практик корпоративного коучинга; – Выдвинуть гипотезы о наличии организационных проблем в иÑÑледуемой облаÑти; – Разработать метод оценки ÑффективноÑти корпоративного коучинга, учитывающий оÑобенноÑти организации; – Разработать и оценить мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ ÑовершенÑтвованию Ñтратегии Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала компании ООО «ЯндекÑ». – Ð’ работе отражены навыки ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒ Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÐµÐ¹, обрабатывать и анализировать ее Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mendeley, Scopus, GoogleScholar. Предложена ÑиÑтема оценки ÑффективноÑти корпоративного коучинга и предложен модернизированный метод корпоративного коучинга, Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ организационных и отраÑлевых оÑобенноÑтей.
The aim of the work is to analyze and formulate measures to improve the system of training and development of personnel, in particular corporate coaching in the company "Yandex" LLC. The following tasks were solved: ï€ Conduct a comprehensive external and internal analysis of Yandex (analyze: the companys personnel and organizational strategy, corporate culture, competitors, financial and management reports of the company); – Conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of corporate coaching practices; – Put forward hypotheses about the presence of organizational problems in the study area; – Develop a method for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching, considering the characteristics of the organization; – Develop and evaluate measures to improve the strategy for training and development of the personnel of Yandex LLC. – The work reflects the skills of the ability to work with information, process and analyze it using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mendeley, Scopus, GoogleScholar. The relevance of the topic is due to the need for companies to implement strategies for training and development of personnel in order to increase the efficiency of employees, strengthen the hr-brand, obtain indirect economic benefits and acquire competitive advantages. A system for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching has been proposed and a modernized method of corporate coaching has been proposed, considering organizational and industry specifics.
