Abstract

Целью исследования является разработка проекта цифровой трансформации системы управления персоналом на примере проекта «Мираполис» в компании ООО «РКС-Энерго». Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «РКС-Энерго». Предмет исследования: отношения субъектов экономики в ходе реализации проекта «Мираполис» по цифровизации процессов управления персоналом. Методы исследования в работе формулируются с опорой на общепризнанные методы научного исследования. Методологическую основу работы составляют методы сравнения, экономического анализа, статистического анализа. Основные результаты работы: внедрение автоматизированной системы УП, которая позволит повысить эффективность HR-процессов. Область применения результатов ВКР: в деятельности ООО «РКС-Энерго». Научная новизна исследования заключается в выявлении преимуществ и недостатков системы «Мираполис» как нового элемента системы управления персоналом в организациях. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the study: developing the project of digital transformation of the HR management system on the example of «Mirapolis» in the company «RKS-Energo» LLC. The study was carried out on the basis of of RKS-Energo LLC. Research subject: relations of economic entities in the course of implementation of the «Mirapolis» project on digitalization of personnel management processes. Research methods in the work are formulated with the support of generally recognized methods of scientific research. The methods of comparison, economic analysis, statistical analysis form the methodological basis of the work. The main results of the study: the introduction of an automated PM system, which will improve the efficiency of HR-processes. Application field of WCS in the activity of LLC «RKS-Energo». The scientific novelty of the study consists in identifying the advantages and disadvantages of the «Mirapolis» system as a new element of the HR management system in organizations. Conclusions. Tasks of the research work are solved, the goal is achieved, the scope of application of the results is defined.
