Abstract

In this work, we study the principles of development, design, and movement of automatically controlled bogies along a given path. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1) Analytical work was done on the review of robotic carts and their role in the automation of the process, in which the basic concepts, classification, basic types of robotic designs, industries and applications were examined. 2) Certain requirements for the designed automatically controlled trolley have been fulfilled to ensure high-quality and uninterrupted performance of tasks in the operating zone. To justify the design of the trolley, the load characteristics of the trolley were selected during movement, as well as at the time of loading and unloading. 3) Compiled kinematic and layout diagrams to determine and select the basic mechanical devices. 4) The calculations for the selection of the characteristics of the mechanism that satisfy the advanced requirements for an automated controlled trolley. The work contains an analysis of real design solutions used in the design of robotic carts for various purposes. The result of the work is a prototype of a finished robotic trolley. This technical solution can be used in warehouses, factories to optimize the production process.
