Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Исследование методов снижения профессионального риска от воздействия шума на работников компрессорной станции». Данная работа посвящена исследованию рабочего места работника компрессорной станции на степень негативного влияния шума, были разработаны мероприятия по их снижению. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Проанализировать условия труда на рабочем месте персонала компрессорной станции; 2. Оценить риск от воздействия шума на работника компрессорной станции; 3. Разработать мероприятия по снижению уровня шума; 4. Оценить эффективность предложенных мероприятий по снижению уровня шума; В работе были проведены замеры таких факторов, как физические, химические и психофизиологические. Была осуществлена аналитическая обработка полученных данных, также был проведен сравнительный анализ полученных результатов с показателями, отраженными в нормативах. После подсчета рисков и выявлений недостатков существующей системы охраны труда были предложены мероприятия, которые смогут снизить степень опасности негативного влияния условий на работников. В конце рассчитана их эффективность и сделаны окончательные выводы о проделанной работе.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Research of methods for reducing occupational risk from noise exposure to compressor station workers". This work is devoted to the study of the workplace of an employee of a compressor station on the degree of negative impact of noise, measures have been developed to reduce them. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Analyze the working conditions at the workplace of compressor station personnel; 2. Assess the risk of noise exposure to a compressor station employee; 3. Develop measures to reduce the noise level; 4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed noise reduction measures; Measurements of such factors as physical, chemical and psychophysiological were carried out in the work. Analytical processing of the obtained data was carried out, and a comparative analysis of the results obtained with the indicators reflected in the standards was also carried out. After calculating the risks and identifying the shortcomings of the existing labor protection system, measures were proposed that could reduce the degree of danger of the negative impact of conditions on workers. At the end, their effectiveness is calculated and final conclusions about the work done are made.
