
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Разработка оптичеÑкой ÑиÑтемы уÑтановки лазерной резки УФ – диапазона». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена изучению генерации второй и третьей гармоник, их ÑвойÑтв и применение в лазерной резке. Задачи, решаемые в процеÑÑе иÑÑледованиÑ: 1. Изучение генерации второй и третьей гармоник. 2. Ð’Ñ‹Ñвление наиболее чаÑтых проблем (ДÐРи дифракциÑ). ИÑÑледование криÑталла трибората Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ (LBO).Ð’ результате работы был произведен раÑчет оптичеÑких блоков генерации второй и третьей гармоники Ñ Ð¸Ñпользованием криÑталлов трибората Ð»Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ I и II типа фазового Ñинхронизма. Разработана блок-Ñхема оптичеÑкой уÑтановки лазерной резки в УФ-диапазоне.
Topic of the final qualification work: "Development of an optical system for a UV laser cutting machine". This work is devoted to the study of the generation of the second and third harmonics and their application in laser cutting. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Studying the generation of the second and third harmonics. 2. Identification of the most common problems (DAE and diffraction). 3. Study of a lithium triborate (LBO) crystal. As a result of the work, the calculation of optical blocks for generating the second and third harmonics was carried out using lithium triborate crystals of I and II types of phase matching. A block diagram of an optical installation for laser cutting in the UV range has been developed.
