
Цель иÑÑледованиÑ: раÑÑмотрение ÑиÑтемы деÑтельноÑти труда Ñапера в мирное и военное времÑ; анализ и разработка рекомендаций по ÑовершенÑтвованию деÑтельноÑти по разминированию. Задачи, поÑтавленные передо мной: 1. РаÑÑмотреть теоретичеÑкие аÑпекты ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑноÑтью труда и здоровьем. 2. РаÑÑмотреть нормативную базу по охране труда при работах по разминированию. 3. ПровеÑти анализ ÑущеÑтвующей ÑиÑтемы ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑноÑтью труда и здоровьем при работах по разминированию. 4. Разработать ÑиÑтему мер, а также уÑовершенÑтвовать ÑущеÑтвующую ÑиÑтему ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑноÑтью труда при работах по разминированию. Ð”Ð»Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… результатов в работе была проанализирована нормативно-Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ Ð±Ð°Ð·Ð° в облаÑти охраны труда, изучены и изложены в работе оÑновные понÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ определениÑ, применÑемые при работах по разминированию. Проведена работа по иÑÑледованию причин и факторов травмоопаÑноÑти данного вида деÑтельноÑти, результатом которой Ñтали рекомендации по внедрению новейших технологий в данной облаÑти и применению роботизированных ÑредÑтв разминированиÑ. Результаты подкреплены ÑтатиÑтичеÑкими данными и наглÑдно видны на диаграммах в работе.
The purpose of the study: to consider the system of work of a sapper in peacetime and wartime; to analyze and develop recommendations for improving mine clearance activities. Tasks assigned to me: 1. To consider the theoretical aspects of the occupational safety and health management system. 2. Consider the regulatory framework for occupational safety during mine clearance. 3. To analyze the existing occupational safety and health management system during mine clearance operations. 4. Develop a system of measures, as well as improve the existing occupational safety management system during mine clearance. To achieve these results, the regulatory framework in the field of labor protection was analyzed, the basic concepts and definitions used in mine clearance work were studied and outlined in the work. Work has been carried out to investigate the causes and factors of injury risk of this type of activity, which resulted in recommendations for the introduction of the latest technologies in this area and the use of robotic means of mine clearance. The results are supported by statistical data and are clearly visible in the diagrams in the work.
