Abstract

Цель исследования: рассмотрение системы деятельности труда сапера в мирное и военное время; анализ и разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию деятельности по разминированию. Задачи, поставленные передо мной: 1. Рассмотреть теоретические аспекты системы управления безопасностью труда и здоровьем. 2. Рассмотреть нормативную базу по охране труда при работах по разминированию. 3. Провести анализ существующей системы управления безопасностью труда и здоровьем при работах по разминированию. 4. Разработать систему мер, а также усовершенствовать существующую систему управления безопасностью труда при работах по разминированию. Для достижения данных результатов в работе была проанализирована нормативно-правовая база в области охраны труда, изучены и изложены в работе основные понятия и определения, применяемые при работах по разминированию. Проведена работа по исследованию причин и факторов травмоопасности данного вида деятельности, результатом которой стали рекомендации по внедрению новейших технологий в данной области и применению роботизированных средств разминирования. Результаты подкреплены статистическими данными и наглядно видны на диаграммах в работе.

The purpose of the study: to consider the system of work of a sapper in peacetime and wartime; to analyze and develop recommendations for improving mine clearance activities. Tasks assigned to me: 1. To consider the theoretical aspects of the occupational safety and health management system. 2. Consider the regulatory framework for occupational safety during mine clearance. 3. To analyze the existing occupational safety and health management system during mine clearance operations. 4. Develop a system of measures, as well as improve the existing occupational safety management system during mine clearance. To achieve these results, the regulatory framework in the field of labor protection was analyzed, the basic concepts and definitions used in mine clearance work were studied and outlined in the work. Work has been carried out to investigate the causes and factors of injury risk of this type of activity, which resulted in recommendations for the introduction of the latest technologies in this area and the use of robotic means of mine clearance. The results are supported by statistical data and are clearly visible in the diagrams in the work.
