Abstract

Объект работы - Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. Предмет работы - система подбора персонала компании Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы - разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию системы подбора персонала HRM компании Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. При подготовке работы использованы следующие информационные технологии и методы обработки информации: обработка массивов данных с использованием Excel; обработка текстовой информации с использованием Word; визуализация представления данных с использованием PowerPoint. Работа выполнена на базе «Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.», где была собрана большая часть материала для анализа. Были изучены характеристики исследуемой организации и проанализирована внутренняя кадровая среда компании. Проанализирована система управления персоналом организации, т.е. система подбора персонала, управление структурой сотрудников и развитие организационной структуры управления как подсистемы. На основе результатов анализа были предложены меры по повышению эффективности подбора персонала в компании Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. и рекомендовано внедрение разработанных мер.

The object of the work is Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. The subject of the work is the recruitment system of personnel management of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to develop measures to improve the HRM recruitment system of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. The following information technologies and data processing methods were used in the preparation of the work: data processing using Excel; text information processing using Word; data visualization using PowerPoint. The work was carried out on the basis of «Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.», where most of the material for the analysis was collected. The characteristics of the studied organization were studied and the internal human resource environment of the company was analyzed. The personnel management system of the organization was analyzed, i.e. recruitment system, employee structure management and development of the organizational management structure as a subsystem. Based on the results of the analysis, measures to improve the efficiency of personnel selection in Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. and recommended the implementation of the developed measures.
