Abstract

The purpose of the research is analyzing the requirements and design an application implemented in the discovered business process. Tasks of the work: − Business process exploring. − Defining restrictions and requirements of IS. − IS prototyping. − Evaluating the economic efficiency of IS implementation. The research was carried out on the basis of “JSC Russian Railways”. Research methods: requirements analysis, functional modeling, service architecture modeling, implementation efficiency evaluation with static performance indicators, interface prototyping, IT project management. The main results of the study: requirements were collected, business and technical limitations were identified, functional specification of the IT product was developed, design layouts of the application interface were prototyped, a project plan for creating a software product was compiled, the work of the project implementation was evaluated. The practical significance of the work is determined by the application of the results of the work within the companys activities. Conclusions: the tasks of the study have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined.
