
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «ÐÐ´Ð°Ð¿Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑловий труда на рабочем меÑте Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñотрудников пенÑионного возраÑта». Объект иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ Ñотрудники пенÑионного возраÑта на рабочем меÑте. Предмет иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ â€“ Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð¿Ñ‚Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑловий труда. Под адаптацией в данной работе мы понимаем деÑтельноÑть, направленную на уÑтранение факторов, мешающим безопаÑному функционированию Ñотрудников пенÑионного возраÑта на рабочем меÑте, а также внедрение мероприÑтий по улучшению уÑловий трудовой деÑтельноÑти данной категории лиц. Ð”Ð»Ñ ÑƒÑпешного Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñтавленной цели, были уÑтановлены оÑобенноÑти объекта иÑÑледованиÑ, на оÑнове которых проводилÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· угроз Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñ„ÑƒÐ½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñотрудников пенÑионного возраÑта. Ð’ результате анализа обоÑнована необходимоÑть разработки технологии обеÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð±ÐµÐ·Ð¾Ð¿Ð°ÑноÑти на оÑнове математичеÑкой модели управленчеÑкого решениÑ. Также иÑпользуютÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ ÑиÑтемного анализа, линейной алгебры и математичеÑкого моделированиÑ. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Adaptation of working conditions in the workplace for employees of retirement age". The object of the study is employees of retirement age at the workplace. The subject of the study is the adaptation of working conditions. By adaptation in this paper, we mean activities aimed at eliminating factors that interfere with the safe functioning of employees of retirement age in the workplace, as well as the introduction of measures to improve the working conditions of this category of persons. In order to successfully achieve this goal, the peculiarities of the research object were established, on the basis of which the analysis of threats to the functioning of employees of retirement age was carried out. As a result of the analysis, the necessity of developing a security technology based on a mathematical model of a management decision is justified. For the theoretical basis of the implementation of the management model, a natural-scientific approach was chosen, which is based on the systematic unification of the properties of a persons thinking, the properties of an object, the environment and the general connections of phenomena. The study uses various approaches to study the problem, including systematic, integrated and targeted approaches. Methods of system analysis, linear algebra and mathematical modeling are also used. The methodological basis of the research includes the following stages: formulation of a problem or hypothesis, study of relevant literature, analysis of methods, abstraction, synthesis, modeling and comparison. As a result of the described tasks, a technology for ensuring the safety of the research object was developed in the final qualification work and methodological and technological recommendations for improving the working conditions of employees of retirement age at the workplace were described. To achieve these results, the skill of searching for information on the Internet and the skill of creating and formatting text documents and introducing information objects of various nature (tables, figures and diagrams) into them, as well as the use of MATLAB software, were used in the work.
