
Целью работы ÑвлÑлÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов, на оÑнове которого было вынеÑено предложение о внедрении в компанию Ñпециализированной информационной ÑиÑтемы, ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð³Ð»Ð° бы ÑовершенÑтвовать ÑущеÑтвующие бизнеÑ-процеÑÑÑ‹, а также раÑчет ÑкономичеÑкой ÑффективноÑти предложенного проекта. Задачи работы: 1. ИÑÑледование отраÑли Ñферы уÑлуг, в чаÑтноÑти Ñектора фитнеÑ-уÑлуг, анализ тенденций на рынке. 2. Ð’Ñ‹Ñвление проблем компании, проведение анализа бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов компании на момент иÑÑледованиÑ. 3. Ðнализ рынка отраÑлевых решений, проведение анализов Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ð¾Ñ€Ð° лучшей Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸ ÑиÑтемы на оÑнове Ñформированных требований. 4. Моделирование бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов компании в ÑоÑтоÑниÑÑ… «как еÑть» и «как должно быть». 5. Разработка плана внедрениÑ. 6. Методы: Ñбор и анализ данных, диаграмма Ганта, моделирование бизнеÑ-процеÑÑов в нотации BPMN 2.0, Ñбор требований, оценка ÑффективноÑти проектов, моделирование архитектуры предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð² ArchiMate, многокритериальный взвешенный анализ, качеÑтвенный анализ. The purpose of the work was the analysis of business processes, based on which a proposal was made to implement a specialized information system in the company, which would help to improve the existing processes by automating and optimizing them, as well as the calculation of economic efficiency of the proposed project. Tasks of the work: 1. Study of the service industry, in particular the sector of fitness services, analysis of trends in the market. 2. Identification of problems of the company, analysis of business processes of the company at the time of the research. 3. Market analysis of the industry solutions, analysis to determine the best system for the company based on the requirements formed. 4. Modeling of business processes of the company in "AS IS" and "TO BE" states. 5. Development of an implementation plan. 6. Calculating the economic efficiency of the project to implement an industry information system. The work is performed on the basis of the fitness club "URBAN GYM". Methods: data collection and analysis, Gantt chart, process modeling, requirements gathering, project efficiency evaluation. Main results of the work: - the analysis of the market and business processes of the company was carried out; - main processes of the company in "AS IS" and "TO BE" states were modeled; companys architecture was modeled; - the best information system for implementation was selected via qualitative and quantitative analysis; - an implementation plan was developed; - the effectiveness of the project was assessed. The results of this work can be used to improve the quality of service, optimize business processes, reduce costs and improve the financial performance of the fitness club URBAN GYM. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
