
Тема выпуÑкной квалификационной работы: «Разработка алгоритмов противоаварийного ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐŸÐµÑ‡Ð¾Ñ€Ñкого Ñнергоузла ÑнергоÑиÑтемы РеÑпублики Коми». Ð”Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ð° поÑвÑщена разработке алгоритмов противоаварийного управлениÑ, которые нужны Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÐµÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð´ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ и беÑперебойной работы ÑнергоÑиÑтемы РеÑпублики Коми. Задачи, которые решалиÑÑŒ в ходе Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ работы: Моделирование ÑнергоÑиÑтемы РеÑпублики Коми в программных комплекÑах «RastrWin» и «Eurostag». РаÑчет МДП в нормальной и ремонтных Ñхемах Ñети при нормативных возмущениÑÑ… в ПВК «RastrWin». Определение необходимых УВ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÐ¾Ñ…Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑкой уÑтойчивоÑти при нормативных возмущениÑÑ… в ПВК «Eurostag». Выбор техничеÑких решений по организации противоаварийного ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° оÑнове полученных раÑчетных данных. Ð’ результате, определены и проанализированы МДП в контролируемых ÑечениÑÑ…, что позволило ÑоÑтавить предварительный перечень необходимых уÑтройÑтв ÐŸÐ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐŸÐµÑ‡Ð¾Ñ€Ñкого Ñнергоузла РеÑпублики Коми. Также произведен анализ раÑчетов динамичеÑкой уÑтойчивоÑти, которые показали ÑффективноÑть или неÑффективноÑть Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… УВ в ÐС РеÑпублики Коми, что позволÑет уточнить перечень необходимых уÑтройÑтв ПÐ. Ð’ итоге, на оÑновании полученных раÑчетов Ð´Ð»Ñ ÐС РеÑпублики Коми определены необходимые Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°Ð´ÐµÐ¶Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ и беÑперебойной работы комплекÑÑ‹ ПРи их функционально логичеÑкие Ñхемы работы.
The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of emergency control algorithms for the Pechora power plant of the Komi Republic power system". This work is devoted to the development of algorithms for emergency management, which are necessary to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the power system of the Komi Republic. Tasks that were solved in the course of this work: Modeling of the power system of the Komi Republic in «RastrWin» and «Eurostag» software complexes. Calculation of the maximum allowable power flow in the normal and repair circuits of the network with regulatory disturbances in the «RastrWin». Determination of the necessary control actions to maintain dynamic stability under regulatory disturbances in the «Eurostag». Selection of technical solutions for the organization of emergency management based on the calculated data. As a result, the maximum allowable power flow in controlled sections were identified and analyzed, which made it possible to compile a preliminary list of the necessary emergency automation devices in the power system of the Komi Republic. The analysis of dynamic stability calculations was also carried out, which showed the effectiveness or inefficiency of the use of certain control actions in the power system of the Komi Republic, which makes it possible to clarify the list of necessary emergency automation devices. As a result, on the basis of the calculations obtained for the power system of the Komi Republic, the emergency automation complexes and their functional and logical work schemes necessary to maintain reliable and uninterrupted operation were determined.
