Abstract

Объектом исследования является АО «Тристар Инвестмент Холдингс».Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ деятельности отеля, входящего в международную гостиничную сеть, и разработка комплекса мероприятий по совершенствованию систем развития персонала рассматриваемого гостиничного предприятия.Методы: сбор и анализ данных, построение диаграмм моделирование процессов, оценка эффективности проектов.Основные результаты работы: в ходе разработки основных разделов работы были рассмотрены теоретико-методологические основы развития, обучения и адаптации персонала, произведен организационно-экономический анализ деятельности гостиницы и анализ внешней среды, разработан комплекс мероприятий по совершенствованию системы развития персонала.Практическая значимость работы определяется потенциальными результатами внедрения комплекса мероприятий на предприятии АО «Тристар Инвестмент Холдингс». Результаты исследования могут быть использованы также на аналогичных предприятиях сферы гостеприимства.Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The object of the research is "Tristar Investment Holdings" CJSC.The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to analyze the activities of the hotel, which is part of an international hotel chain and development of a set of measures to improve personnel development system of the hotel enterprise under consideration.Methods: data collection and analysis, the construction of diagrams modeling of processes, evaluation of the effectiveness of projects.The main results of the work: during the development of the main sections of the work the theoretical and methodological bases of management of the hotel enterprise were considered, the organizational and economic analysis of the hotel activity and the analysis of the external environment were made, the complex of measures to improve personnel development system.The practical significance of the work is determined by the potential results of the implementation of the set of measures in the CJSC " Tristar Investment Holdings". The results of the work can also be used in similar hospitality businesses.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
