
Объектом иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑвлÑетÑÑ ÐО «ТриÑтар ИнвеÑтмент ХолдингÑ».Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· деÑтельноÑти отелÑ, входÑщего в международную гоÑтиничную Ñеть, и разработка комплекÑа мероприÑтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтем Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала раÑÑматриваемого гоÑтиничного предприÑтиÑ.Методы: Ñбор и анализ данных, поÑтроение диаграмм моделирование процеÑÑов, оценка ÑффективноÑти проектов.ОÑновные результаты работы: в ходе разработки оÑновных разделов работы были раÑÑмотрены теоретико-методологичеÑкие оÑновы развитиÑ, Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ адаптации перÑонала, произведен организационно-ÑкономичеÑкий анализ деÑтельноÑти гоÑтиницы и анализ внешней Ñреды, разработан ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñтий по ÑовершенÑтвованию ÑиÑтемы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ñонала.ПрактичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ñть работы определÑетÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ð¼Ð¸ результатами Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ´Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑа мероприÑтий на предприÑтии ÐО «ТриÑтар ИнвеÑтмент ХолдингÑ». The object of the research is "Tristar Investment Holdings" CJSC.The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to analyze the activities of the hotel, which is part of an international hotel chain and development of a set of measures to improve personnel development system of the hotel enterprise under consideration.Methods: data collection and analysis, the construction of diagrams modeling of processes, evaluation of the effectiveness of projects.The main results of the work: during the development of the main sections of the work the theoretical and methodological bases of management of the hotel enterprise were considered, the organizational and economic analysis of the hotel activity and the analysis of the external environment were made, the complex of measures to improve personnel development system.The practical significance of the work is determined by the potential results of the implementation of the set of measures in the CJSC " Tristar Investment Holdings". The results of the work can also be used in similar hospitality businesses.Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
