Abstract

Предметом исследования является разработка недорогой и доступной мобильной платформы, которая может хорошо функционировать для автоматизированного транспорта в гибком производстве. Основной целью выпускной квалификационной работы является - выбрать и спроектировать недорогую и доступную мобильную платформу, способную выполнять все функции автоматического транспорта. В магистерской диссертации тележка AGV была выбрана в качестве объекта для сравнения и анализа гибких производственных систем. Датчики и другие конфигурации, используемые в разработанной тележке, были выбраны в сравнении с существующими коммерческими тележками AGV. Система была запрограммирована для обеспечения точности датчика и транспортной нагрузки. Наконец, система тестируется на смоделированной линии. Практическая значимость. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для улучшения работы промышленного предприятия. Выводы. Разработанный AGV хорошо работает в качестве мобильной платформы в гибком производстве, повышает производительность и снижает затраты.

The subject of the research is the development of a low-cost and affordable mobile platform that can function well for automated transport in flexible manufacturing. The main purpose of the master's work is to select and design an inexpensive and affordable mobile platform that can perform all the functions of automated transport. In the master's thesis AGV was chosen as an object for comparison and analysis of flexible manufacturing systems. The sensors and other configurations used in the developed AGV were chosen in comparison to existing commercial AGV. The system has been programmed for sensor and transport load accuracy. Finally, the system is tested on a simulated line. Practical Significance. The results obtained can be used to improve the operation of an industrial plant.Findings. The developed AGV works well as a mobile platform in flexible manufacturing, increases productivity and reduces costs.
