Разработка комплекса мероприятий по управлению инвестиционной привлекательностью компании ООО "Инвеста"

Abstract

Объект исследования - инвестиционно-строительная компания ООО «Инвеста». Цель работы – анализ инвестиционной привлекательности и разработка мероприятий по управлению инвестиционной привлекательностью компании ООО «Инвеста». Работа выполнена на материалах компании ООО «Инвеста». Использованные методы: SWOT-анализ, анализ финансовой устойчивости, сравнительные методы. Результаты работы: – проведён анализ деятельность инвестиционно-строительного предприятия ООО «Инвеста»; – выявлены проблемы в инвестиционной привлекательности компании ООО «Инвеста»; – предложены мероприятия по улучшению управления инвестиционной привлекательностью компании ООО «Инвеста». Вывод. Задачи выпускной квалификационной работы решены, цель достигнута.

The object of the study : the investment and construction company OOO Investa. The purpose of the work - to analyze the investment attractiveness and develop measures to manage the investment attractiveness of the company "Investa" LLC. The work was done on the materials of the company LLC "Investa". Methods used: SWOT analysis, financial stability analysis, comparative methods. Results of work: – an analysis of the activities of the investment and construction enterprise LLC "Investa" was carried out; – identified problems in the investment attractiveness of the company LLC "Investa"; – Proposed measures to improve the management of the investment attractiveness of the company LLC "Investa". Conclusion. The tasks of the final qualifying work are solved, the goal is achieved.
