Abstract

The project is dedicated to the development of the technological process of mechanical processing. in the graduation project, a comparative analysis of the methods of machining was carried out. materials are presented on the purpose, working conditions and technology of machining bushings. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing technological process in the graduation project, it was proposed to replace universal machines with semi-automatic machine tools with program control. In the graduation project, the calculation of cutting conditions was made, a special device and a control device were developed. The thesis project consists of three main parts. the first part is the development of the technological process for manufacturing the “right bushing” part. It includes the choice of a workpiece, using calculations we choose the most optimal manufacturing method. We also design the technological process for machining the part, assign technological bases, select machine equipment, calculate workpiece, we calculate the cutting conditions and the norms of time for processing for each operation. The second part is the design of a special setting and clamping device for certain complex, non-standard operations. The third part is the calculation and design of the cutting tool. starting with the calculation of the clearance angle α and ending with the choice of its material and the installation and operating parameters of the shaped cutter.
