Ð’ данной работе Ñформулированы оÑновные технологичеÑкие задачи Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Полумуфта», оÑущеÑтвлена разработка рабочего чертежа детали, Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ технологичноÑти конÑтрукции, Ñравнены и проанализированы два метода Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸, в результате которых выбран оптимальный. Предложены подходÑщие методы Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸ Ñ ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼ проведенных раÑчетов, оÑнованных на КИМ (коÑффициенте иÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»ÑŒÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°), а также на ÑтоимоÑти начального (черновой) Ñтапа обработки резанием. Спроектирован технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Полумуфта» Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ универÑального и Ñпециализированного оборудованиÑ. Оформлен комплект технологичеÑкой документации.
In this paper, the main technological tasks for the "Half Coupling" part are formulated, a working drawing of the part is developed, taking into account the manufacturability of the design, two methods of obtaining the workpiece are compared and analyzed, as a result of which the optimal one is selected. Suitable methods for obtaining the workpiece are proposed, taking into account the calculations based on the CMM (material utilization factor), as well as on the cost of the initial (rough) stage of cutting processing. The technological process of manufacturing the "Half Coupling" part with the use of universal and specialized equipment has been designed. A set of technological documentation has been issued.
