Abstract

В данной работе сформулированы основные технологические задачи для детали «Полумуфта», осуществлена разработка рабочего чертежа детали, с учетом технологичности конструкции, сравнены и проанализированы два метода получения заготовки, в результате которых выбран оптимальный. Предложены подходящие методы получения заготовки с учетом проведенных расчетов, основанных на КИМ (коэффициенте использования материала), а также на стоимости начального (черновой) этапа обработки резанием. Спроектирован технологический процесс изготовления детали «Полумуфта» с применением универсального и специализированного оборудования. Оформлен комплект технологической документации.

In this paper, the main technological tasks for the "Half Coupling" part are formulated, a working drawing of the part is developed, taking into account the manufacturability of the design, two methods of obtaining the workpiece are compared and analyzed, as a result of which the optimal one is selected. Suitable methods for obtaining the workpiece are proposed, taking into account the calculations based on the CMM (material utilization factor), as well as on the cost of the initial (rough) stage of cutting processing. The technological process of manufacturing the "Half Coupling" part with the use of universal and specialized equipment has been designed. A set of technological documentation has been issued.
