Abstract

В первом разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен анализ технологичности обрабатываемой детали «Вал отбора мощности», а также сформулированы основные технологические задачи. После определения класса детали, в качестве прототипа технологического про-цесса был взят технологический процесс изготовления детали «Вал». В данной работе представлен выбор метода получения заготовки, а также рассчитаны ее основные параметры. На всех этапах маршрута технологического процесса отображён выбор комплекта технологических баз. В процессе про-ектирования операций и переходов сформированы средства оснащения, технологическое оборудование, а также основной и вспомогательный инструмент. Рассчитаны режимы резания и нормы времени. По полученным ранее данным сформирован комплект технологической документации.

In the first section of the final qualification work of the bachelor, an analysis of the manufacturability of the workpiece "Power take-off shaft" is presented, and the main technological tasks are formulated. After determining the class of the part, the technological process for manufacturing the “Shaft” part was taken as a prototype of the technological process. This paper presents the choice of a method for obtaining a workpiece, and also calculates its main parameters. At all stages of the route of the technological process, the choice of a set of technological bases is displayed. In the process of designing operations and transitions, equipment, technological equipment, as well as the main and auxiliary tools were formed. Cutting conditions and time standards are calculated. According to the data obtained earlier, a set of technological documentation was formed.
