Ð’ первом разделе выпуÑкной квалификационной работы бакалавра предÑтавлен анализ технологичноÑти обрабатываемой детали «Вал отбора мощноÑти», а также Ñформулированы оÑновные технологичеÑкие задачи. ПоÑле Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ»Ð°ÑÑа детали, в качеÑтве прототипа технологичеÑкого про-цеÑÑа был взÑÑ‚ технологичеÑкий процеÑÑ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´ÐµÑ‚Ð°Ð»Ð¸ «Вал». Ð’ данной работе предÑтавлен выбор метода Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²ÐºÐ¸, а также раÑÑчитаны ее оÑновные параметры. Ðа вÑех Ñтапах маршрута технологичеÑкого процеÑÑа отображён выбор комплекта технологичеÑких баз. Ð’ процеÑÑе про-ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð¿ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ и переходов Ñформированы ÑредÑтва оÑнащениÑ, технологичеÑкое оборудование, а также оÑновной и вÑпомогательный инÑтрумент. РаÑÑчитаны режимы Ñ€ÐµÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ нормы времени. По полученным ранее данным Ñформирован комплект технологичеÑкой документации.
In the first section of the final qualification work of the bachelor, an analysis of the manufacturability of the workpiece "Power take-off shaft" is presented, and the main technological tasks are formulated. After determining the class of the part, the technological process for manufacturing the “Shaft†part was taken as a prototype of the technological process. This paper presents the choice of a method for obtaining a workpiece, and also calculates its main parameters. At all stages of the route of the technological process, the choice of a set of technological bases is displayed. In the process of designing operations and transitions, equipment, technological equipment, as well as the main and auxiliary tools were formed. Cutting conditions and time standards are calculated. According to the data obtained earlier, a set of technological documentation was formed.
