Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка информационной системы складского учета для торгового предприятия».Цель работы – разработка веб-приложения для автоматизации складского учета компании ООО «Вента», а также оценка эффективности представленного проекта. Задачи работы:­ Анализ предметной области­.- Выбор инструментов для разработки ИТ-решения­ ­.- Реализация основных функций ИС­­.- Расчет экономического эффекта от внедрения. Работа выполнена на материалах о деятельности торгового предприятия ООО «Вента». Использованные методы: построение диаграмм UML вариантов использования, UML вариантов последовательности, сравнительный анализ, построение схемы данных EDM, анализ данных, инструменты инфографики.Результаты работы:- с помощью анализа обоснована необходимость автоматизации складского учета, определены возможности и уязвимости разрабатываемой ИС.- доказана целесообразность собственной разработки по сравнению с готовым решением;- разработана информационная система;- продемонстрирована технология работы с веб-приложением; разработан обучающий материал для сотрудников предприятия.Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами автоматизации складского учета: уменьшение временных затрат на составление отчетов, уменьшение временных затрат на подбор комплекта оборудования, возможность узнать информацию о товаре на других складах, увеличение количества заказов, увеличение количества клиентов, уменьшение временных затрат на закупку продукции.Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов – торговое предприятие ООО «Вента».

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: "Development of an information system of storeroom accounting for a trading company".The purpose of the work – development of a web application for automation of warehouse accounting of Venta, as well as evaluation of the effectiveness of the presented project.Tasks of work:- Domain analysis- Selection of tools for software product development- Implementation of the main functions of the IS- Calculation of the economic effect of the implementationWork is performed on the basis of the activities of the Venta trading company.Methods used: building diagrams of UML use cases, UML sequence options, comparative analysis, EDM data schema construction, data analysis, infographic tools.Work results:- with the help of the analysis, the need for automation of warehouse accounting is justified, the possibilities and vulnerabilities of the developed IP are determined.- the expediency of own development in comparison with the ready-made solution is proved;- an information system has been developed;- demonstrated the technology of working with a web application; developed training material for employees and customers of the enterprise.The practical significance of the work due to the results of warehouse accounting automation: reduction of time spent on reporting, reduction of time spent on the selection of a set of equipment, the ability to find out information about the goods in other warehouses, an increase in the number of orders, an increase in the number of customers, a decrease in time spent on the purchase of products.Conclusions. The tasks of the WRC have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of application of the results has been determined – the Venta trading company.
