Telegram

Abstract

Subject of the graduate qualification work: «Development of Telegram chatbot builder». This work is about developing a chatbot builder in Telegram, which will allow users to create chatbots without programming skills. The tasks that were solved during the work: analysis of the subject area, a review of existing analogues, designing application architecture, software implementation of the application, testing of the application and analysis of the results. The search and analysis of existing Telegram chatbot builders showed that many existing solutions have a lot of disadvantages. Most of the existing solutions are difficult to learn, have a limited free package, do not have a mobile version and are not available in some countries. Also, during the work, the architecture of the application, software implementation, used development tools and software implementation testing were described. In addition to the above, the process of deployment and management of chatbots was designed and developed. At the end of the work was an analysis of the results.
