
Целью работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° мер по повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти компании. Задачи работы: раÑÑмотреть оÑновные теоретичеÑкие аÑпекты конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти предприÑтиÑ; определить ÑущноÑть и понÑтие мотивации перÑонала в организации; изучить управление мотивацией как фактор Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹ÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾ÑпоÑобноÑти; провеÑти анализ ÑиÑтемы мотивации иÑÑледуемой организации; провеÑти конкурентный анализ иÑÑледуемой организации; определить мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ внедрению методов нематериальной мотивации Ñотрудников иÑÑледуемой организации; определить Ñоциально–ÑкономичеÑкую ÑффективноÑть предлагаемых мероприÑтий. Разработка выполнÑлаÑÑŒ на материалах предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ ÐžÐžÐž «СУШИ-БÐРЕВРÐЗИЯ». Методы: применÑлÑÑ Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð· конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти, Ñравнительный анализ конкурентов, SWOT–анализ, анализ хозÑйÑтвенной деÑтельноÑти компании, анализ ÑффективноÑти предложенных мероприÑтий. ОÑновные результаты работы: был выполнен анализ хозÑйÑтвенной деÑтельноÑти компании ООО «СУШИ-БÐРЕВРÐЗИЯ», Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñледующим выÑвлением Ñлабых Ñторон компании. Были разработаны мероприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти компании Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñледующим обоÑнованием их ÑффективноÑти. ПрактичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð·Ð½Ð°Ñ‡Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾Ñть данной работы заключаетÑÑ Ð² возможноÑти реализации предложенных мер по повышению конкурентоÑпоÑобноÑти деÑтельноÑти компании ООО «СУШИ-БÐРЕВРÐЗИЯ».
The purpose of the work is to develop measures to improve the competitiveness of the company. Tasks of the work: to consider the main theoretical aspects of the competitiveness of the enterprise; to define the essence and concept of staff motivation in the organization; to study motivation management as a factor of increasing competitiveness; to analyze the motivation system of the organization under study; conduct a competitive analysis of the organization under study; to determine measures for the introduction of methods of non-material motivation of employees of the organization under study; to determine the socio–economic efficiency of the proposedmeasures. The development was carried out on the materials of the company "SUSHI BAR EURASIA". Methods: competitiveness analysis, comparative analysis ofcompetitors, SWOT analysis, analysis of the company's economic activity, analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed measures were used. Main results of the work: The analysis of the economic activity of the company "SUSHI BAR EURASIA" LLC was carried out, followed by the identification of the weaknesses of the company. Measures have been developed to improve the competitiveness of the company's activities with subsequent justification of their effectiveness. The practical significance of this work lies in the possibility of implementing the proposed measures to improve the competitiveness of the company's activities of SUSHI BAR EURASIA LLC.
