В данной работе изложены вопросы, определяющие правовой статус Государственной казны Российской Федерации в современной системе деятельности органов государственной власти. Результатом исследования выпускной квалификационной работы являются предложения по усовершенствованию законодательства в области правового регулирования исполнения бюджета страны, в том числе в области деятельности Государственной казны Российской Федерации.

This paper presents the issues that determine the legal status of the State Treasury of the Russian Federation in the modern system of activity of public authorities.
