Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка концепции электронного магазина ». Данная работа посвящена разработке концепции электронного магазина предприятия розничной в современных условиях. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи:1. Изучение понятия «концепция» с точки зрения организации работы электронного магазина. 2. Анализ организационно-экономической характеристики ИП Кошечкин М. М. 3. Изучение факторов маркетинговой макро- и микросреды торгового предприятия ИП Кошечкин М. М. 4. Разработка концепции интернет-продаж торгового предприятия ИП Кошечкин М. М. 5. Создание мероприятий для улучшения эффективности работы электронного магазина . Работа выполнялась в ИП Кошечкин М. М. В ходе работы была дана характеристика рыночного сегмента предприятия. Проанализирована его внутренняя и внешняя среда, в результате чего были даны рекомендации по повышению эффективности деятельности компании. Также была проведена оценка сил конкуренции методом М. Портера. Результатами работы стали разработка концепции электронного магазина для ИП Кошечкин М. М. и формирование рекомендаций по улучшению эффективности работы интернет-магазина предприятия.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Development of the concept of an electronic store”. The given work is devoted to the development of the concept of an electronic retail store in modern conditions. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. The study of the concept of "concept" from the point of view of the organization of the work of an electronic store. 2. Analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics of Individual Entrepreneur Koshechkin M. M. 3. Study of the factors of the marketing macro- and microenvironment of the trading enterprise Individual Entrepreneur Koshechkin M. M. 4. Development of the concept of Internet sales of the trading enterprise Individual Entrepreneur Koshechkin M. M. 5. Creation of measures to improve the efficiency of the electronic store. The work was carried out in Individual Entrepreneur Koshechkin M. M. In the course of the work, the characteristics of the market segment of the enterprise were given. Its internal and external environment was analyzed, as a result of which recommendations were made to improve the efficiency of the company's activities. An assessment of the forces of competition by the method of M. Porter was also carried out. The results of the work were the development of the concept of an electronic store for Individual Entrepreneur Koshechkin M. M. and the formation of recommendations for improving the efficiency of the company's online store.
