Abstract

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Телемеханизация ТП/РП 6/0,4 кВ с функцией контроля доступа».Целью данной работы является модернизация устаревшей телемеханики на подстанции, путем замены на современное цифровое оборудование, которое удовлетворяет Концепции Россетей «Цифровая трансфорамция 2030».Задачи, которые решались в ходе работы:1. Описание страрого оборудования телемеханики2. Анализ и выявление недостатков старого оборудования3. Проектирование новой схемы телемеханики4. Анализ новой системы телемеханики5. Организация каналов связи для передачи информации на ДП ЦУС ПАО «Ленэнерго»6. Создание системы видеоаналитики для контроля ношения СИЗ членов бригадыРабота была проведена на базе ПАО «Россети Ленэнерго», где была взята информация о подстанции и ееоборудования. В результате анализа оборудования телемеханики было подобрано новое современное оборудование для автоматизации процессов на подстанции на базе ЗАО «Алгоритм». Для защиты передаваемой информации с подстанции на ДП ЦУС ПАО «Ленэнерго» была спроектирована и проанализирована схема защищенных каналов связи. Для повышение уровня электробезопасности на объекте была предложена видеоаналитика. Проанализировав функции камер видеоаналитики были сделаны выводы об улучшении наблюдаемости и контроля за объектом.

The theme of the graduate work is «Telemechanisation of transformer substations/distribution centers 6/0.4 kV with an access control function».The purpose of this work is to modernise outdated telemechanics at the substation by replacing it with modern digital equipment that meets the PJSC «Rosseti» Concept «Digital Transformation 2030».Following goals were solved during the work:1. Description of old telemechanics equipment2. Analysis and identification of flaws of old equipment3. Designing a new telemechanics circuit4. Analysis of the new telemechanics system5. Organization of communication channels for transmitting information to the DP NCC PJSC «Lenenergo»6. Development of a video analytics system to control the wearing of PPE by team membersThe work was carried out on the basis of PJSC «Rosseti Lenenergo», where information about the substation and its equipment was taken. As a result of the analysis of telemechanics equipment, new modern equipment was selected for automating processes at the substation on the basis of CJSC «Algorithm». To protect the information transmitted from the substation to the DP NCC of PJSC «Lenenergo», a circuit of secure communication channels was designed and analysed. To increase the level of electrical safety at the facility, video analytics was proposed. After analyzing the functions of video analytics cameras, conclusions were drawn about improving the observability and control of the object.
